Dressed in female attires and sporting a Mangtika (jewellery adorning the head of females), a nose ring, besides wearing the vermillion (Sindoor), Panda spends most of his time dancing and singing bhajans supposed to have been sung by Radha for her beloved.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister rules out promoting trade with India:

Pakistan is not looking for open trade ties with India beyond the currently restricted items in which the two countries trade until there is progress on the Kashmir issue, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz told Pakistani media at an evening briefing here after the first day of the 13th SAARC summit.

He does, however, complain in the same breath that there should be more trade between the two countries:

On the issue of trade, moving away from the political argument, Mr Aziz said he had also spoken with Dr Singh about the non-tariff barriers faced by Pakistani businessmen trading with India. ?I told the prime minister that there is a general complaint over non-tariff barriers and he has promised to look into it. He also told me that there is truth in this complaint,? he said.
