HC applies breaks on Guinness - The Times of India

KOLKATA: The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday restrained the Guinness World Records from further printing or selling the 2004 and 2005 editions of its annual records book without properly describing the feat of Saloo Chowdhury and his wife Neena as the first and fastest persons to have circumnavigated the earth by car.

Justice Kalyanjyoti Sengupta directed Guinness not to print or sell or distribute the two editions without properly describing the feat of the Choudhurys in conformity with the consent decree, by a corrigendum.
